Kidz Logik is owned and operated by Pam Andersen. She is
the wife of Glenn Andersen, mom of 8 children & foster parent
since 2004. Pam ran a home licensed daycare for 2 1/2 years
before opening Kidz Logik on March 17, 2008. Pam's
experiences in working with children has been both challenging
and rewarding.
Licensure & Training:
To create the best possible environment and learning experiences
for your child, Kidz Logik only employees those who are highly
for your child, Kidz Logik only employees those who are highly
qualified in caring for your child. Each class room has a lead
teacher with a minimum of a Child Development Associate
certification (CDA) requirement. Our teachers all have adequate
experience and professional training in early childhood
development and education. The director and all teachers have
submitted to background, criminal and reference checks.
Teachers are not allowed access to children until background
checks are complete.

All of our teachers are CPR and First Aid Trained. Fire & tornado
drills are conducted on a regular basis to ensure Teachers and
children know what to do in the event of a fire or tornado.
Teachers are well aware of child/staff ratio and insure ration is
maintained at all times. We practice in-sight supervision at all
times ensuring the safety of all children.
Inspections:
Kidz Logik has passed health, fire and safety inspections.
Regular fire and health inspections are done. We invite you to
visit our facility at your earliest convenience.
Toys and games:
The rooms at Kidz Logik Child Care Center contain lots of
age-appropriate toys, books, games, building blocks, paints,
puzzles, art supplies and various learning materials. New
materials and equipment are added regularly. The materials are
available to the children. The children's artwork, writing, and
crafts decorate the ceiling and walls.
Attention:
Everyone at Kidz Logik Child Care Center recognizes that your
child is special and therefore worth special love and attention.
Interaction:
Teachers at Kidz Logik Child Care Center physically interact with
your child in playful ways, by talking, reading, singing,
play-acting. They work hard to teach, guide, stimulate and
nurture. Attention is given to all areas of a child's development
-- cognitive, emotional, social and physical. They read to the
children every day, as well encourage participation in all typs of
activities: musical, arts and crafts, and etc.
Fresh air:
Teachers take your child outside every day (weather permitting)
to play and get fresh air. The outside area of Kidz Logik is fenced
for safety. All of the play equipment is age-appropriate and safe.
Teachers go outside with the children and are with the children at
all times.
